The Division of Construction, Facilities & Real Estate supports the University of Florida’s growth through three key areas:

• Planning, Design & Construction (PD&C): Oversees major capital projects across campus, creating thoughtful, sustainable spaces that support UF’s mission.

• Facilities Services: Delivers essential maintenance, custodial and utility services to keep campus running smoothly, contributing directly to the university’s strategic goals.

• Office of Real Estate: Manages all real estate transactions, helping UF expand its footprint and maximize economic and mission-driven impact.
